Flexible Cutting Services

Our saw can handle many common cutting requests for plywood and panel materials. Customers frequently use our service when preparing materials for:

 

  • cabinetry and woodworking projects

If your order requires several cuts or more detailed preparation, our team can assist with planning the cuts to help you get the most out of each sheet.

Large Orders and Advance Preparation

For orders that require more than 30 minutes of cutting time, we recommend calling ahead. Our team can provide a price quote and an estimated completion time, so your materials are ready when you arrive.

 

Advance preparation is especially helpful for contractors, builders, and customers working with larger quantities of plywood or engineered panels.

Cutting Limitations

While our equipment can perform many custom cutting tasks, there are a few limitations:

 

  • we do not cut plywood thicker than 3/4 inch

  • sheets larger than 5 ft × 10 ft cannot be cut with our saw

Saturday Cutting Notice

Custom cutting orders are not performed on Saturdays. If you need three or more cuts, please call ahead during the week. Our team can prepare your order in advance, so it is ready for pickup if the weekend is the only time you are able to visit.
